Price includes 1 adult and 1 child. Please add extra child before checkout charged at £22.50 for 6 sessions. Tiddlers and Toddlers is suitable for those crawling/mobile right up to preschool. Using stories, songs, rhymes, movement and stretching, aimed at supporting the transition to independent movement. ​Providing an opportunity for parents to exercise and have fun with your child, through gentle yoga stretches and poses aimed at strengthening the body, flexibility and balance with some much needed relaxation opportunities. As well as promoting physical well being these classes aid language/speech, listening and developmental skills.
