Unlike larger national classes, I offer a more personal, friendly experience. You won’t feel like just another booking—I take time to get to know you, answer your questions, and tailor support to your needs. I focus on delivering evidence-based information that I adapt regularly to keep up to date with the latest information in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. The main aim is to increase your confidence in making informed choices that feel right for you. I keep the classes intentionally small (a maximum of 6 couples) so you get plenty of individual attention, time to ask questions, and a chance to really get to know other local parents.

You can book classes at any time during pregnancy. Starting a class around the end of your second trimester or beginning of your third trimester is recommended. Please bear in mind the course is delivered over 5 weeks. There is no set rule, so go with what feels best for you.

Absolutely. Prices are per couple. Your birth partner is a key part of the experience and will learn practical ways to support you during labour, birth, and the early days with your baby. Your birth partner can be whomever you choose and feel comfortable with, such as your partner, family member or close friend.
